C19 Help Squad - Get Help

We’re building a team to help individuals and families who have been affected by COVID-19.

If you have suffered hardship due to the coronavirus and you need supplies, help with transportation, help paying utilities, or have other needs due to the recent pandemic please fill out this form. We want to connect you with financial assistance from our Help Squad volunteers who have committed to assisting members of their community and across the country.

We will get through this together.

Please note: Financial assistance is provided by volunteers using peer-to-peer payment apps on a voluntary basis. While there is no maximum on what you can request, most successful requests are less than $300. We will only share the information provided on this form with volunteers who have expressed a desire to help, and will only share the information necessary for them to connect you with the help that you need.
